Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) with proper safety protocols
- Install/assemble scaffolding, temporary structures, and formwork systems
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete with precision and attention to detail
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradesmen on complex builds
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality in all weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) required
