Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will support our skilled tradespeople in building and maintaining high-quality structures. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist with excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
