Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and tool management
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Assist in material inventory and quality control checks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
