Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies to designated areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in project-specific training sessions to develop technical skills
- Support team members with various construction tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level welcome!
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor
