Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in site inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
