Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and tools
- Operate basic equipment like shovels, wheelbarrows, and saws
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Read simple instructions and communicate effectively with team
- Support various construction tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
