Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating basic hand tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Operate light machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
