- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision

- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Participate in team projects to meet daily deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to learn safety protocols and procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
