Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with demolition, excavation, and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
Qualifications
