Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete pouring, and site preparation.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors on-site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- No prior construction experience required; training provided.
