Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance duties
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Maintain organized tool sheds and supply inventory
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience requiredâtraining provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends, overtime)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements
