Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform basic digging, leveling, and site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
