Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials to designated areas using carts or manual lifting
- Participate in both residential and commercial construction projects
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and project demands
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
