Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Participate in team-based construction activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
