Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site safety maintenance
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, wheelbarrows) and light machinery under supervision
- Read and follow simple blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning starts
- Basic English communication skills for team collaboration
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
