Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Support diverse projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Participate in on-the-job training for skill development
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early starts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counting
- Team player with positive attitude
- Pass pre-employment background check
