Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Transport tools and materials between job sites as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.
