Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Prepare and clean job sites to maintain safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
