Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and measurements
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Participate in team-based construction projects with punctuality
- Report safety concerns and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
