Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by sorting debris and removing hazards
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as directed by supervisors
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and setting up work zones
- Perform general site cleanup and support concrete/masonry work
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
