Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on job sites
- Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and tools
- Perform basic site maintenance and debris removal
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
- Operate hand tools and light machinery with proper training
- Maintain accurate time records and project documentation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to follow safety protocols without supervision
- Commitment to 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday)
