Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle metro area
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
