Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies to designated locations
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed for project completion
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to project timelines and specifications
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Basic communication skills for following instructions and team coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
