Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor as needed
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard prevention
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Must provide own basic work boots and safety gear
- Reliable transportation to job sites
