Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Read basic blueprints and construction plans
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
Qualifications
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No prior experience required - training provided
