Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized, clean job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
Qualifications
