Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, tape measures) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job site per safety protocols
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by project managers
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in Arizona climate
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No construction experience required
- Pass pre-employment background check
