Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare and clean work areas daily
- Operate basic tools (hammers, saws, shovels) safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear provided PPE
- Transport materials between job sites as needed
- Assist with site setup and cleanup operations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
