Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform quality inspections on completed work sections
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid state-issued ID and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities
- Willingness to work weekends (6 AM - 6 PM) in all weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality essential
