Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions and learn safety protocols
- Support foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
