Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site activities and assembly tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Transport materials between job sites as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating quantities.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
