Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Report safety hazards immediately to site foreman
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass mandatory drug screening
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must be available for early morning starts (6 AM)
