Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Learn and apply basic construction techniques through hands-on training
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – open to all motivated applicants
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
