Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including debris removal, excavation support, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, framing, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily task logs and report site observations
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior construction experience required
- Basic English communication skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Valid driver's license preferred
