Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated individuals
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Wichita area
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
