Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will support various tradespeople on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily tasks and material handling.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and distribute tools and materials safely around the job site.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power drills.
- Site Maintenance: Perform debris removal, cleanup, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assistance: Dig trenches, pour concrete, or assist with framing under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
