Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Support journeyman and skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- No prior experience is necessary; full training provided.
