Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with clients and explaining technical details.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage job schedules and priorities effectively.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Ohio.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
