Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No construction experience required; we value attitude and work ethic.
