Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including demolition, cleaning, and site preparation.
- Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools safely.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all OSHA regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required by the project schedule.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Must provide or be willing to obtain steel-toed work boots.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
