Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site supervisor.
- Signal operators to align materials, and assist with heavy lifting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide the training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
