Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain a safe and organized job site following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and debris removal
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Boston area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Basic understanding of English (verbal communication)
