Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and duties.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform basic measurements, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols and verbal instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
