Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing construction sites for daily operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision after training.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Support: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience who are willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
