Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and maintain project cleanliness
- Learn and implement construction techniques under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
