Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, moving materials, and setting up temporary barriers.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the correct locations on the job site safely.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying items as directed by site supervisors.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and the site is free of hazards.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision to assist with various construction tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero to little experience who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of showing up on time and completing tasks efficiently.
