Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites daily.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements, calculations, and site layout tasks.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe for the crew.
- Assist in concrete placement, framing, and general carpentry duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and grow within the construction field.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- No prior construction experience is required; we are looking for attitude and work ethic!
