Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including cleaning work areas, mixing concrete, and assisting with basic carpentry or painting under supervision.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials for extended periods.
