Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials (wood, concrete, bricks) using hand trucks, forklifts, or manual labor.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates.
