Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setup.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Transport heavy materials and supplies around the job site efficiently.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, shoveling, and lifting as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
